As you enter a Fortius Waterscape model apartment, the first thing that you notice, is the large, well-ventilated, sunlit spaces. Designed on green building principles, all our windows are placed in such a way to let in maximum natural light and air into the homes. For our efforts, Fortius Waterscape has been recognized and pre-certified by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) as an IGBC Gold standard project.
The Fortius cornerstone of attention to detail is evident in the thoughtfully designed layouts and the use of superior quality products. We are happy to say that our model apartment includes all our major specifications – the use of low VOC paints, superior quality vitrified tiles, anti-skid ceramic tile for balconies and toilets and laminated wooden flooring for the master bedroom. The main door and internal doors come with a hardwood frame and flush shutters with a polished finish, and other superior quality fittings and fixtures.
